You can conveniently schedule an appointment with us at our easy-to-use, online scheduling dashboard. First, click “Schedule Now” below to select one of the session options and times that best fit your needs and schedule.

Second, if you are scheduling your first session with us, you also need to complete step two by clicking “Complete Intake Forms” to fill out the forms required before your first session. Please Note: You do not have to make any copies of the intake forms after completing them online. The information you provide will go directly to A Talented Mind.
